  Jesse Fruman - Chief Investment Officer

    Jesse is a specialist in helping growing businesses to connect with strategic investors and in          making principal investments. Demonstrated experience getting projects and companies              funded and investors to earn risk-adjusted returns. He is a graduate from the University of              California, San Diego with a B.A. in Political Science, and the University of Southern California            Law School and MBA programs. LEED Accredited Professional designation.

  Michael Karns - Litigation Finance Advisor

    Michael is a senior litigator focused on helping victims receive just compensation for                        traumatic injuries.  He has a successful track record against large insurance companies and          corporations.

  Stephanie Wellek - Marketing and Digital Media Advisor

    Stephanie has been advising on marketing strategy for hundreds of startups across Silicon            Valley and beyond. She has supported companies across many industries including wealth            management, real estate, technology and consumer brands.
